Do-it-yourselfers, creators and professionals will probably find this new iPhone and iPad app really compelling. iCircuit 3D offers a rich virtualized electronic sandbox that makes designing, testing, and refining your ideas easier than ever.
Developed by Frank Krueger, iCircuit 3D launched on the App Store today for iPhone and iPad and offers what looks like a truly awesome experience.
As the name suggests, the app uses a 3D user interface to deliver a realistic experience. And the virtual electronic sandbox includes over 1000 pieces to make it easy to design and test anything you can imagine.
Included here are LEDs and switches, parameterized parts (resistors, capacitors, transistors, buzzers, speakers, motors / servos), a variety of power sources, programmable arduinos, numerous boards and building blocks. LEGO-esque, etc. You also get the full iCircuit symbolic library, the ability to import images and much more.
iCircuit 3D for iPhone and iPad costs $ 14.99 on the App Store. While it may seem more expensive than most apps, keep in mind that this app will pay for itself in no time for many users and looks like it’s done really well.

My new iCircuit 3D app is now on the iOS App Store! ????
It’s a playground for electronics enthusiasts. The LEDs light up, the motors run and the towers fall. It has the best oscilloscope I have ever programmed and over 1000 parts! Written with ❤️ in C # and Xamarin.https: //t.co/CvKIBivgXp pic.twitter.com/TL5xL52WDp
