Valve has announced that a new Steam Game Festival will kick off on February 3. During this festival, users on Steam can play various demos of indie games for a week. The event ends on February 9th.
It is the fifth time that Valve has hosted a Steam Game Festival is organizing. The online event aims to showcase indie game makers. The games will be prominently featured on the platform’s store page with playable demos.
In total, more than 500 demos will be playable, according to Valve and live streams will be organized by the makers of the games. Players can talk to the developers during these sessions. Valve announced in August last year that it would be hosting its Steam Game Fests every season. The company had already organized editions in the spring, summer and fall.
