A comedian attacks Dounia Batma after the announcement of the verdict on appeal (PHOTO)

Artist Abdelfettah Jouadi, winner of the show ” Comedy “, attacked the singer Dounia Batma, sentenced Wednesday to 12 months in prison, accusing her of having ruined her reputation by posting her personal photos on the Instagram account “Hamza my baby”.

Commenting on this conviction, the artist published a photo of the singer with the caption: “What made me suffer this woman, and her sister too!” They are the cause for which I emigrated ”.

The comedian accuses Dounia and her sister, also sentenced on appeal to 1 year in prison, of having wronged many other artists.

Recall that the Court of Appeal of Marrakech sentenced, Wednesday, Dounia Batma, prosecuted in the context of the case “Hamza my Bb”, to one year in prison.

The Court of Appeal decided, after examining the evidence supporting the facts alleged against the singer, to increase by four months the eight-month prison sentence pronounced against the said mis en cause, in first proceeding, accompanied by a fine of 10,000 DH.

The Court also decided to confirm the sentences handed down at first instance to Ibtissam Batma and Sophia Chakiri, continued in detention, and sentenced respectively to one year and 10 months in prison.

The same court, on the other hand, decided to reduce from 18 to 12 months the prison sentence pronounced, at first instance, against Aicha Ayach, prosecuted in detention.

The defendants in this case are being prosecuted, each as far as they are concerned, for “participation in fraudulent access to the computer system of data”, “deliberate participation in hindering the operation of this system”, “dissemination of images and statements by others without consent ”,“ dissemination of unfounded facts with the aim of invading the privacy of individuals and defamation ”, as well as for“ participation and blackmail ”.
