(CercleFinance.com) – In the 4th quarter, the consolidated turnover of Samse shows ‘a very positive dynamic’ with an increase of 11.7% compared to the same period in 2019 (+ 10.7% on a comparable basis ), at 412.6 ME, says the group.
‘Trading activity is up 6.4% while DIY shows a very good commercial performance with an increase of 31.5% (+ 26.8% on a comparable basis)’, reports the company.
Over the year as a whole, the group’s consolidated sales amounted to 1,512 ME, an increase of 0.8% compared to 2019, or -0.1% on a like-for-like basis.
The annual consolidated turnover of the Trading activity amounted to 1,161 ME, down 2.1% while the DIY activity is up sharply in 2020 (+ 11.9%) with a turnover of business of 351 ME.
‘The 2020 financial year ends with a good level of activity. Nevertheless, given the uncertainties weighing on the current economic context, the Group remains cautious about its forecasts for the year 2021 ‘, notes Samse.
