Dijon agglomeration. Dijon and Chenôve “anti-glyphosate” decrees canceled

In its judgment of January 8, the administrative court of Dijon annulled the municipal “anti-glyphosate” decrees taken by the mayors of Dijon and Chenôve, in March and April 2019, which were contested by the prefecture of Côte-d ‘ Gold.
