Andrei Tagielnikov, chief outside expert for adult primary health care at the Moscow City Health Ministry, announced that a medical examination is necessary, before vaccination against “Covid-19”.

He said, “If a person feels good and does not suffer from exacerbation of chronic diseases, he must consult a doctor, who examines him directly, assesses his health condition and determines in light of this, the presence or absence of what prevents him from being vaccinated against the disease.”
He adds, before vaccination, a person fills out a form, after which the doctor performs the necessary examination, which includes measuring temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation. It also examines the lungs and throat.
He says, “If a person has previously had any serious disease, special attention must be given to that, and to consult specialists, especially if the course of the disease at the time of vaccination was abnormal.”
The specialist points out that the doctor is the one who finally decides whether the vaccination of a person with chronic diseases is possible at the present time or should be postponed.
According to him, it is prohibited to vaccinate pregnant and lactating women and people under the age of 18, as well as those who received another vaccination within 30 days. It also prevents the vaccination of people suffering from severe infectious and non-infectious diseases, allergic diseases, in addition to hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine.
