Again communicates the Regional Center for Blood Transfusion of Granada, which calls on the population of Motril to participate in the blood collection that will take place this Friday, January 29, at the Calderón Theater facilities in the city. The schedule will be 17 to 21 hours and as usual, all those who are suitable to donate may attend, taking into account that the collection will be carried out with all the security measures due to the current health situation.
It must be remembered that blood reserves are not only very necessary, but essential, so it is very important to warn the general population that collections are today the main existing means for health services to cope with situations that, in many cases, are extremely serious and that these reserves save many hundreds of lives a year. For this reason, a revealing motto is always emphasized: “Donating blood is to donate life”Therefore, once again, a knock is called on the door of the heart of the people of Motril and their generosity.
