As has been revealed after Frank Lampard’s dismissal from Chelsea F.C., the technical director, would have sold at least 5 team players in order to finance and sign the player Declan Rice, to his squad.

Reports say the Chelsea they will not chase Declan Rice after the dismissal of his legendary former midfielder. Chelsea bosses are put off by the sale price of the West Ham of more than 80 million pounds.

Frank Lampard, was willing to sell five players to raise money to sign Rice. The players in question are the goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, defenders Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso, and the pair of midfielders Mateo Kovacic and Jorginho.

Rice went through the academy in Chelsea before being released at the age of 14. Reports state that he would be interested in returning to the Stamford Bridge club. However, West Ham boss David Moyes insists that Rice is not for sale.

Moyes said: “No matter who the manager was at Chelsea, or who came in, it would have been the same answer.

“I said it from the beginning and I just repeat myself: it would take money from the Bank of England, and you may even have to add the Bank of Scotland to that as well because it has been so good.”

It only remains to hope now that the new technical director of the Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel, prepare your moves with the team, which other players have reportedly targeted for possible signing.

Tuchel signed an 18-month contract with the option of one more year. The German was only out of work for a month after being fired by Paris Saint-Germain in December.
