Asia’s largest drug dealer boss was finally caught by the police.
CNN reported on the 24th (local time) that Dutch police arrested the boss of a criminal gang, called Asia’s largest drug dealer, at Amsterdam International Airport.
According to CNN, the boss caught this time is Che Chi Rob (57), a Chinese-Canadian national, and is the head of the Chinese drug organization Sam Gor. CNN reported that the methamphetamine distribution volume in Asia is 30 billion to 61 billion dollars (about 33 to 67 trillion won), of which the’Samgo’ organization occupies the largest scale. In 2018 alone, crime proceeds are estimated to be about 17.7 billion dollars (about 1.96 trillion won).
The Australian Federal Police (AFP), who has been looking for Che Chi Rob for more than 10 years, said in a statement that “Che Chi Rob’s organization has imported and spread illegal drugs from Australia over the past few years.”
Che Chirop, currently detained at the Dutch Schiphol Airport, will be deported to Australia.
Foreign media said that the organization organized by Che Chirop was known to produce drugs in Myanmar as a company and distribute them throughout the world, including Korea, the UK, Canada, and the United States.
