A gym open in Palermo in the red zone. It was discovered by municipal police officers, in a joint intervention with the carabinieri, they carried out an inspection in a gym in via Giovanni Villani and inside 4 people were found training.
The manager was sanctioned because he violated the closing obligation provided for gyms by the last Dpcm. The place was seized as a precaution for five days.
The four customers were fined € 800 each for violating the ban on travel without justified reason (€ 400) and the prohibition on sports activities (€ 400).
