“This record was born with a promise, which I made to that person there. The last night before he went to the other side of the world we were on my bed and I had my moment a bit dissociative, I had just had a huge crisis and the thing he always did was take my head in the hands and wait for me to go back there – he said – And he told me his story, the tear in his life, which was much bigger than mine. It was huge. We were so silent, we looked at each other a lot and we cried a lot. He asked me to promise that what he did with me I would do with as many people as possible. The music was in a very distant corner, I had just started talking, let alone if I thought I could start singing again”.
