Dr. Dalla Rosa’s clients will be temporarily assigned to doctors who are part of the Integrated Vallata Feltrina Group medicine. Despite the many attempts to find a doctor available for a temporary assignment that would welcome the former patients of Dr. Dalla Rosa – explains a note from Ulss Dolomiti – given the resignation of Dr. Prior first and Dr. Centa subsequently, both winners of a scholarship of study to attend the specialization school, exceptionally and for the time strictly necessary to identify a suitable solution, Dr. Dalla Rosa’s clients will be assigned to doctors belonging to the Integrated Vallata Feltrina Group medicine (the telephone number of Integrated Group Medicine is 0439 844070).
However – the ULSS informs – the possibility of making a different choice between one of the doctors in the area of residence with availability of places is reserved. The change of doctor can be made by sending a non-certified email to the address [email protected] with the following subject “Cessazione dr.ssa DALLA ROSA” indicating name, surname, place, date of birth, residential address, tax code of the patient and the name of the primary care doctor chosen (it is suggested to indicate more than one name and up to a maximum of three – the availability of places can be checked in real time by connecting to the link https://salute.regione.veneto.it/servizi/cerca-medici-e-pediatri). A copy of the identity document must be attached to the email.
Patients – concludes the Ulss – will be notified, by letter, of the doctor assigned to them. The district offices of Feltre, which can be contacted at 0439 883680, remain available for information.
