We celebrate the agreement between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan for the joint exploration and development of the hydrocarbon deposit called “Dostluk” in the Caspian Sea.
We hope that this agreement will further strengthen the friendship between the two countries, that it will be auspicious for the friendly and brother peoples of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan and contribute to the prosperity and stability of the region.
We also hope that this agreement will pave the way for projects aimed at improving energy security in Turkey and the rest of Europe.
