The federal police carried out an arrest warrant against a 31-year-old on Wednesday afternoon in the main train station in Freiburg im Breisgau. The man is now serving a 60-day replacement prison sentence.

On Wednesday (January 20th, 21st) officers from the Federal Police checked a 31-year-old German citizen in Freiburg Central Station. A data comparison of the personal details showed that the man was wanted. From a final conviction last year for fraudulently providing services, he still had to pay a fine of 600 euros. Because he could not raise the money, he was arrested by the officers and taken to a correctional facility to serve a 60-day replacement sentence.
