The budgetary and financial discipline court delivered its judgment in the case which implicated two successive directors of the Chauny hospital, Philippe Arezki and Laurent Schott, on the facts of “Irregular contracts particularly advantageous granted to liberal practitioners” for the financial years from 2011 to 2016, in a context which was that of the difficult plan to restore balance and an establishment suffering from a lack of attractiveness for these health professionals.
The court retained the responsibility of the two directors, “For not having complied with the provisions of the public health code on these points. “
After acknowledging mitigating circumstances to the two directors, the court sanctioned Philippe Arezki with a fine of 1000 euros and exempted Laurent Schott from punishment.
