Brigittenau may not be home to any well-known sights, but at the time of the Red Vienna, many community buildings were built in this classic working-class district too, which became monuments of the time of new beginnings and hope for the future. We go to the places of the Red Vienna in the 20th district and tell the story of personalities who worked here or who left their mark: Among them are the writer Else Feldmann, who also published in the Arbeiter-Zeitung, the teacher and child friend Fritz Kolb or the anti-militarist Leopold Winarsky.-
