Freiburg-Haslach: Resistance against enforcement officers in Freiburg-Haslach made – 18-year-old scooter driver tried to escape from police control – slippery roadway prevented escape

An 18-year-old scooter driver wanted to evade control last night.

Among other things, because he was not wearing a helmet, the young man should be checked at around 1.30 a.m.
He did not react to stop signals from the patrol of the Freiburg-Süd police station and fled via Bettackerstraße to St. Georgener Straße.

Due to the slipperiness, he fell on the bike path running parallel to federal highway 3, where he tried to continue his journey, but the police officers were able to arrest him.

The 18-year-old offered massive resistance by kicking his legs and trying to hit the officers with his fists.

The man known to the police will now have to answer, among other things, for resisting law enforcement officers; the effects of intoxicating substances are examined and cannot be ruled out.
