To chew slowly it is an important action for the health of our body because it helps improve digestion but it is a great way to lose weight. But how often do you have to do it to lose weight without effort?

A doctor and presenter thought of it Oxford, Xand van Tulleken. In addition to chewing slowly, the action must be repeated at least 35 times. In this way according to Tulleken we will assume the 30% less food. Eating slowly helps to have the feeling of satiety first and therefore leads us to reduce the amount of food ingested.
The theory is also proved by one studio. 20 women were taken and made to eat pasta until they felt full. 10 of them had to chew each bite 15/20 times, the other 10 were asked to chew 35 times. The latter came first to the sense of satiety and came to assume 342 calories versus 468 hired by the first group.

In short, chewing slowly and doing it 35 times is a good way to lose weight without too much effort. You will also help your digestion, prevent gastric reflux problems, you will feel less hungry during the day and reduce stress.
