DIET FOR SLIMMING

Balanced menu
The program provides specific menus for each day. However, if you don’t like some food or you don’t have that particular food at home, you can compose the meal yourself by following a few simple instructions and without even using the scale!
In fact, they must always appear on the plate vegetables in quantity equal to a DVD case (therefore, half as good as a medium-sized plate); a portion of protein equal to a deck of cards; a portion of carbohydrates equal to a cube of 10-12 cm per side; a bottle cap of fats (mainly extra virgin olive oil).
In the light of the new knowledge in the nutritional field, here is a very easy diet to follow even while staying at home most of the time, with reduced physical activity and the desire for something to always lurk under your teeth.

Diet to lose weight with the weekly diet: rich and effective menu
MONDAY
Breakfast: 200 ml of skimmed milk; 1 slice of wholemeal bread with 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese; 1 teaspoon of sugar-free jam; 2 almonds. Snack: 100 g of low-fat Greek yogurt. Lunch: 100 g of turkey breast stir-fried; 3 generous tablespoons of vegetable caponata (zucchini, peppers, carrots and potatoes cooked in a pan with tomato sauce and oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil); 30 g of wholemeal bread. Snack: 1 baked apple, flavored with cinnamon or ginger. Price: 70 g of spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli; green salad dressed with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Gluttony: 2 squares of chocolate (each type is allowed)
TUESDAY
Breakfast: 200g of low-fat yogurt with 3 tablespoons of muesli with no added sugar. Snack: 1 medium banana; 1 noce. Lunch: 100 g of steamed salmon; 1 medium steamed potato; 2 tomatoes in a salad dressed with 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Snack: 2 wholemeal crackers with a thin layer of light cheese. Price: 2 egg omelette with spinach and 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese; 30 g of wholemeal bread; chicory salad dressed with 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Gluttony: 1 small cup of frozen yogurt.
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: 200 ml of skimmed milk; 1 slice of wholemeal bread with 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese; 1 teaspoon of sugar-free jam; 2 almonds. Snack: 1 bottle of probiotic. Lunch: 70 g of boiled rice flavored with 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil; carrots cut into julienne strips dressed with 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Snack: a bowl of natural wild berries. Price: 100 g of grilled chicken breast; boiled green beans seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil; 30g of wholemeal bread. Gluttony: a handful of chips (of any kind)
