The perimeter closure of Canals has meant the suspension of all the events that the municipality was going to celebrate for Sant Antoni, a local festival. However, the playful and festive spirit is still alive, and proof of this is the initiative they have had in the parish of Canals. Dozens of neighbors posted photos of their pets on the fences at the entrance to the parish church for their blessing yesterday. On Sunday a Eucharist was also celebrated for the day of Sant Antoni, which was broadcast on local television. The city council, through its profiles on social networks, is sharing photos of last year’s celebrations, which could take place.
