The epidemiology consultant at the World Health Organization, Dr. Amjad Al-Khouli, announced that the mutation in the strain of the emerging corona virus, Covid 19, does not increase its risk, but increases the speed of its spread, adding that the new mutation did not change the basic structure of the virus.
The treatment of Corona is also able to deal with new strains and the vaccine as well, and Dr. Amjad Al-Khouli revealed through a telephone intervention in the Friday program in Egypt that is broadcast on MBC Egypt this Friday evening.
He said that there are very good indications for one of the treatments for the Corona virus and explained that the results are very promising, and within a few weeks it will come to light, and he stressed that the virus is spreading rapidly and the situation indicates a state of anxiety and that the world will turn to closure.
He added that we are in a state of high infection rates around the world, and vaccines are effective in dealing with the iron strains of the virus, and also the mutation in the virus is ongoing and has appeared in some Middle Eastern countries, including Annan and Jordan.
While it was confirmed about the emergence of new strains of the virus and the epidemiology consultant at the World Health Organization confirmed that the spread of the virus is very easy, and we must beware of the method of transmission as it is, and the treatment and the vaccine against Corona is strongly effective with any strain of Corona.
