Researchers have prepared a new and innovative study, to see whether changing meal times to earlier or later in the day can reduce the risk of developing: Diabetes Type 2.- The researchers conducted a 10-week study involving 51 participants aged 18-65 who were identified as being at increased or moderate risk of developing the disease. Diabetes Type 2, and were divided into three groups, the first group, the control group, who would be asked not to make changes to their eating habits; The second group will be asked to restrict eating times during the day to between 7 AM – 3 PM The third group will limit eating time between 12 and 8 pm.–
The researchers explained: “The potential benefits of changing meal times, such as losing weight, improve many health functions that can help reduce the risk of long-term diseases such as type 2 diabetes, and the feasibility of following this diet in real life.”
