From January 20 to 22, Le Monochrome, takes up its quarters within the Campus du Lac.
Monochrome is a gastronomic catering project where color is at the center of the plate. Indeed, the restaurant offers quality dishes with a particularity: each dish is monochrome. The principle is not to use any coloring but to play with the products and especially to be creative.
Monochrome uses local products that have been forgotten in gastronomy. Seasonality punctuates and influences the colors of our dishes.
Monochrome is also a responsible and committed restaurant. Through the supply of short circuits and a seasonal menu, our project is part of a sustainable catering approach.
To extend this colorful experience, Monochrome also offers take-out pastries.
How to order?
- Contact the Monochrome restaurant at 06.95.53.26.18 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays.
- Make your choice.
- Define a date and a time slot for the collection of your order.
- Come and pick up your order on your niche at the Campus du Lac (means of payment: credit card, restaurant vouchers, cash).
- Finally, at home, you just have to follow the reheating instructions and then you can enjoy yourself.
