Support for 4K is of course disappointing in the generation of the XBX / PS5 that support 8K / 60, or 4K / 120, Wi-Fi 5 (AC) instead of Wi-Fi 6 (AX) of course too.
Without having heard it, I am of course not allowed to have an opinion about it, but it seems to me to be quite expensive for what you get in return, in addition to the fact that the company has quite a delivery problems at the moment.
A real surround set will never, ever be able to match a soundbar, due to the simple fact that it tries to let sounds from multiple regions reach you through latency at other times, physically this can never match the current sound image, even a surround set can do this. not (completely), but it will certainly be better at it. (if set correctly). To give a good example, with a good surround set, turn your head once to the left / right, then you will hear a difference in the intensity of the different artists (bassist / guitarist / singer / etc.) At a concert you don’t have that, because your movement is consciously registered and you compensate for it. With a soundbar, that difference is even greater than with a surround set, because it tries to get in front of you from multiple angles, while it all comes from right in front of you, so every head movement makes it less realistic.
