You have a technical education in the field of mechatronics and first professional experience in the management of employees. Your future area of ​​activity:

• Ensuring that the swimming pool runs smoothly together with the pool management
• Responsibility for daily incident management
• Planning of revision work
• Obtaining offers
• Checking the system security, cash supervision and much more.
• Competent contact person for bathers (complaint management), tenants, associations, authorities and employees
• In the absence of the pool management – deployment planning and coordination of employees
• Conducting instruction
• Random checks on cleanliness, safety and working hours

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with a focus on mechatronics
• Driving license B
• First aid course (16 hours) and very good swimming skills
• Relevant work experience and initial experience in employee and task coordination
• Temporal flexibility (sometimes weekend work)
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Conflict and decision-making skills
