During CES 2021 Razer presented the concept of a chair for gamers truly futuristic: Project Brooklyn. Think that it is equipped with an integrated 60-inch OLED monitor, which can be rotated 180 °. This is an evolution of the Eracing Simulator presented at last year’s CES.
The appearance of the chair fully incorporates the racing car style typical of these objects, but the ergonomics seem to be more accurate, as well as fully adjustable, in order to adapt to the user’s needs. Razer will take this as a starting point for designing its future products for the consumer market.
Razer hasn’t announced one launch date for Project Brooklyn, which could also remain just a prototype to use as a reference and for display. Probably, in case it really hits the market, the price it would be high. Let’s hope it doesn’t cost $ 30,000 like the Predator Thronos.
Who knows, maybe one day we will all play on similar chairs …
