In mid-October, the American cable broadcaster Showtime caused a sensation when it ordered a revival season from Dexter. When exactly we can expect our favorite killer to return is still in the traces of blood that only an expert like Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) can read for himself. But at least we know where the new season will play.
According to TVLine we will not return to Miami or Oregon, where the murderer, after he was exposed, fought as a lumberjack. Instead, Dexter is apparently drawn to New York, but not to the hectic metropolis of New York City, but to the small town of Iron Lake in the north of the state. Filming, which will start in February, will still take place in Massachusetts.

We recently reported that Clancy Brown will play the major antagonist of the ninth season.
