PAREF Gestion announces that it has finalized the acquisition, on behalf of SCPI Interpierre France, of the “Longchamps” real estate asset for nearly EUR 22 million.
Located in Marseille, in the 10th arrondissement, in the heart of a mixed residential, office and retail district, the “Longchamps” asset is an office building, delivered in 2009 with a floor space of nearly 8,800m² and 230 spaces. parking lot. The asset is close to the main traffic axes of Marseille, the A50 which connects Marseille to Aubagne, the Rocade L2 which joins the city center as well as the South Urban Boulevard.
The asset has a very good occupancy rate of 94% with quality tenants, the main ones of which are affiliated with the French State and with long residual lease terms.
This major acquisition completes the Interpierre France portfolio, which thus reached a volume under management of 175 MEUR.

For this transaction, PAREF Gestion acquired the asset from Batipart, the entrepreneurial holding company of Charles Ruggieri and was advised by the Oudot firm and the Elan firm.
