Toulouse. The meal goes wrong, he comes back hooded to steal them

Dinner with friends could not have ended worse … Two men aged 35 and 29 were arrested Thursday morning by specialists from the surveillance and intervention platoon of the gendarmerie (Psig) of Toulouse Saint-Michel, in the commune of Roques. They are suspected of having committed home jacking last Sunday, in Saint-Jory. This follows a dispute that arose a week earlier, during the transition to the year 2021.

He accuses his hosts of theft

On New Year’s Day, however, everything had started well. While he was spending the evening with his wife and two children, a father invited Stéphane *, a friend, to participate in the festivities. For this dad, this individual is like a brother, he has been spending almost every day at his home for dinner for ten years. His children even consider him their uncle. On New Year’s Eve, however, the meal experienced some tension. The guest, who is obviously a consumer of narcotics, quickly criticized his hosts for having stolen his bank card. According to him, the husband and his wife were trying to extract his secret codes to empty his accounts. Faced with these accusations, the couple told him that he was rambling and that his explanations were unfounded. The evening ended with tension but without violence.

A hit child

Three days later, in the early hours of the morning, the doorbell of this family’s house rang. The 9-year-old son rushed to the door to open. In front of him, three hooded men visibly very excited. Despite this outfit, the child recognized one of the visitors, according to him it was his “uncle” Stéphane, with whom he had just spent the evening of December 31st. He wanted to say hello to him, but the hooded suspect hastened to hit him. The young boy left crying. Alerted by the noise, his parents were also assaulted. They also formally identified the famous Stéphane among the three thieves. Without mercy, the trio broke the television, before taking several valuables. The offenders then fled. Assisted by Me Alexandre Martin and Me Emmanuelle Franck, the very shocked victims filed a complaint. Quickly, the soldiers of the community of brigades of Saint-Jory located two of the three attackers. These offenders were arrested Thursday. After police custody, the suspects were presented to the Toulouse prosecutor’s office. They are tried this Monday before the criminal court, during an immediate appearance.
