Today, as the temperature rises from the daytime as a video, the cold wave in the Arctic that lasted for 15 days will be resolved.

The Meteorological Administration said it would be cold this morning as the temperature in Seoul fell to -8 degrees below zero, but from the daytime, the Arctic cold would weaken and the temperature in Seoul would rise to 2 degrees Celsius.

However, between afternoon and night, it is expected that 1 to 5 cm of snow will fall in southern Gyeonggi and Yeongseo, North Chungcheong and northern Gyeongbuk, and sporadically in Seoul.

In particular, caution is needed as the concentration of ultrafine dust is expected to increase, mainly in the west, as the cold cools off.
