The blood clinic chaired by the mayor of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Martin Murray, was a great success. Héma-Québec staff received 329 registered donors and 293 samples were taken. The initial target was 293. Sixteen people were making their first donation. The 293 bags of blood collected will allow 1170 patients to receive blood products.

On his Facebook page, the mayor emphasized “The quality of the welcome and support from Héma Québec staff and the many volunteers who took turns during these four days, not to mention the essential contribution of the City’s employees to this great success. we really need these gestures of solidarity at this time when hope must continue to inspire us more than ever ”.
