Thousands of years after the destruction of civilization by a cataclysm, humanity has adapted and, now, there are gigantic cities in motion that roam the earth on huge wheels absorbing the smallest towns for resources. In one of those colossal cities Tom Natsworthy (Robert Sheehan), from the lower class of London, must fight for his life alongside the dangerous fugitive Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar).
