Lionel Messi contributed a pair of goals in the victory Barcelona on Granada 4-0. Messi’s free-kick goal saw him surpass his record Cristiano Ronaldo.

Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman admitted that he never doubted Messi. Even so, the 33-year-old has been in doubt due to his slow start, and is not in the right mental state after failing to leave Camp Nou in the summer.
