Coach Hong, who has accumulated various experiences as a player, leader, and administrator, showed anticipation for returning to the ground after 3 years and 7 months.
“I will try my best to help Ulsan achieve good grades by utilizing my experience and know-how.”
With the slogan of’All for One, One for All’ as Ulsan’s slogan, coach Hong expressed his determination to overcome Jeonbuk, which prevented Ulsan from winning the K-League for the second consecutive year.
“I know enough about that thirst for not winning 15 years since 2005. Now we have to answer it.”
As coach Hong Myung-bo’s first challenge in the K-League, a confrontation with the students of the London Olympics such as Ki Sung-yong and Kim Bo-kyung, and the East Coast derby with his own team Pohang are predicted.
Manager Hong Myung-bo’s first performance stage will be the Club World Cup in Qatar next month, and Ulsan will compete as the winner of the Asian Champions League.

Ulsan, who is starting anew under the system of manager Hong Myung-bo, will begin their first convocation training in Ulsan next Monday.
