NY – The Dallas Cowboys will have the 10th pick in the NFL Draft that will take place on April 29.
The league confirmed the order of the draft picks for the 18 teams that will not be part of the playoffs.
Jacksonville (1-15), which won its first game of the season and lost its next 15 games, has the top pick.
The Jaguars, who fired coach Doug Marrone on Monday, and previously let go of general manager Dave Caldwell, are expected to take on Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
The New York Jets (2-14) were the only team with two wins and will finish second in the draft scheduled to take place in Cleveland.
The Jets fired coach Adam Gase on Sunday.
The order of the draft through the 18th pick in the first round looked like this:
