2.30 p.m.: Incidence value for Lower Franconia continued to fall
According to the latest figures from the State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL), the 7-day incidence in Lower Franconia has fallen further from 145.11 to 140.78. This means that the numbers in the administrative district are still below the Bavaria-wide average (160.83). The health authorities have reported 182 new cases of infection and 16 more deaths since the previous day.
The highest values in the region were reported with 228.72 for the Haßberge district, 227.59 for the Miltenberg district and 210.96 for the Rhön-Grabfeld district. In the dark red area – incidence values between 200 and 100 – are the district of Bad Kissingen (136.58), the district of Aschaffenburg (152.12), the city of Aschaffenburg (111.26), the district of Main-Spessart (144, 26), the district of Schweinfurt (133.40), the district of Kitzingen (108.61), and the city of Schweinfurt (108.56). In the red area – values between 50 and 100 – are the city of Würzburg (94.58) and the district of Würzburg (62.85). The latter, with the city of Bamberg, is one of the lowest incidence values in all of Bavaria.
