Los Angeles Azules’ video clip “Mis feelings” reached one billion views on YouTube’s digital platform, becoming the first Mexican group to have two productions with the same number of views.
The clip, in which the Mexican Ximena Sariñana participates, is added to that of “Never enough”, (in which the multiplayer of the Latin Grammy, Natalia Lafourcade appears) and that a few months ago exceeded one billion visits on said platform , Notistarz reported.
This historical fact places them within the select group “One Billón Views Club”, an unusual milestone in the world of cumbia.
“We want to give a very special recognition to Ximena Sariñana, and to the teacher Odilón Chávez … Thank you to all the public and our fans for all the support they have given us since the album was released and also a special recognition to the symphony that accompanied on this journey, “said the group in a statement from the Seitrackus label.
For his part, Sariñana said that he never imagined that this collaboration would be so important for his career, and thanked Los Ángeles Azules, Camilo Lara, Toy Selectah and the label.
“My feelings” Feat. Ximena Sariñana was part of the successful album “How I’m going to forget Super Luxury Edition” (2014), which maintained the first position in sales for six consecutive years in Mexico, and is certified as a Double Diamond and Triple Platinum. With this album, the world saw the concept of symphonic cumbia born. The song is authored by Jorge Mejía Avante and the symphonic arrangements by maestro Odilón Chávez. The video was recorded at Estudios Churubusco in Mexico City.
