NYT extends the joint venture agreement of TAT for the construction of the A5 Cargo Terminal for another 5 years

Namyong Terminal Company (NYT) informed that the company had been informed by the Director of Laem Chabang Port according to the letter No. Tor Kor 25/790 that the Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) at the meeting. No. 15/2020 on 24 November 2020, resolved to approve the guidelines for the renewal of the joint investment, construction, management and operation of the A-5 terminal by means of amendment to the joint investment agreement under the Act Joint investment between the state and the private sector in 2019 for the next 5 years until 30 April 2026, which is currently in the process of implementing the Joint Investment Act.
