To what extent has the health crisis impacted your network?
During the 1st confinement, we noted a 70% drop in turnover for the month of April. Despite everything, we made the choice to continue to occupy the land commercially and to maintain our policy of winning new customers, as soon as economic activity was able to resume.
How has your network adapted to this crisis?
Much better than we would have hoped for last spring!
Since the takeover, our concept and its economic model have proven their resilience. Despite the health situation, we continued to gain new customers.
Our system for organizing the sorting of hazardous waste at the source, making it possible to reduce its handling as well as the risks associated with its storage, is more relevant than ever. So much so that after a year of efforts and measures put in place, we made up for our delay and continued our development.
This observation testifies to the flexibility of our service and its relevance on its market. We respond effectively to the needs of producers of hazardous waste in small volumes.
Have you developed new tools and / or new practices that will be perpetuated?
It’s not very original, but like everyone else we have accelerated the digitization of our practices, especially for business meetings, network animation and the implementation of teleworking. We now use videoconferencing, as well as collaborative tools to effectively enable our projects to continue. This digitization policy will continue. It is in the DNA of clikeco, which was the first on the market to make regulatory documents accessible to its customers in 2007!
What are your development goals for 2021?
We would like to continue developing our brand strategy as normal.
In this context, from the start of 2021, we will unveil our new visual identity and present the associated overhaul of our website. This new image fully reflects our position as the French leader in the organization of sorting, collection and treatment of hazardous waste in diffuse flows.
We also have plans to expand our areas of intervention and recruit sales forces to be ever closer to our customers.
Now more than ever, it’s time to join the clikeco network.
