Forgot your Snapchat password and no longer have access to your old cell phone number.

I have a big problem. I got a new cell phone and wanted to log into Snapchat, but I forgot my password.
I clicked the “Forgot Password” button. Then click on “by e-mail” because I have a new number, I cannot use “by SMS” because my old number is still registered and no longer has access to it.
When I enter my email I get a link to where I can change the password for my 2-Acc.
But I want to change the password of my 1- Acc.
The problem is I used the same email for both accounts.
Now I can only change the password of my 2-Acc (which I no longer use) although I want to change that of my 1-Acc.
I’ve already sent a message to Snapchat, but no response.
what can I do?
