It’s been a while since Danish developers from IO Interactive started preparing fans for the upcoming part of Agent 47’s story. Hitman 3 is slowly but surely approaching.
In the five-minute video, we look at the opening mission from Dubai, where Agent 47 arrived at the inauguration, where he is tasked with neutralizing two Providence agents, Marcus Stuyvesant and Carl Ingram. It wouldn’t be a good trip to Dubai if you didn’t look at a good skyscraper. So if you are a fan of luxury and heights, you will definitely enjoy the mission. You will start the entire infiltration at the top of the fictional Burj Al-Ghazali skyscraper.
The demo demonstrates everything you know well from the World of Assassination trilogy series. Whether it’s well-crafted movies, changing outfits or tactical sneaking. Lucas Gray returns, with whom 47 joins forces this time, or Diana Burnwood. Dubai is one of six ready locations, so in addition to the United Arab Emirates, we will look at Berlin, Chongqing in China or Dartmoor in the historic part of England.
The release of a new volume of Hitman ends one era of IO Interactive. In November, however, the studio announced that they were preparing a bond film with the working title “Project 007”. So we’ll see if their experience with the Hitman or Kane & Lynch series will benefit.
Hitman 3 will be released on January 20 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S.
