Once Paredes’ appeal was resolved, “the formalization would be made to Santa Tecla, which was the winner and they have four months to draft the project. Once this phase concludes, the bidding for the work will begin ”, informs Notary.

The rehabilitation of the space aims renovate the facilities, making it more sustainable and efficient. I know They will reform the Iturbi and Rodrigo rooms, I know repair the facade and water leaks will be eliminated. Although the cost of the works is not yet known with precision, it is estimated that it will reach 8 million euros: “Taking into account the bidding deadlines, we have included it as a multi-year period in the 2021 budgets, and if the whole process goes well and without unforeseen events, the work could begin at the end of 2021. As the execution is estimated in 14-15 months, the work could be finished in 2023”, Explains the councilor.
