NESDB Office in cooperation with CAT Telecom Public Company Limited organized the delivery ceremony Project to install Free Wifi by CAT service for the public library “Chalermrajakumari” number 107 by Mr. Suphat Champathong, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education.
