The NCsoft consortium (NCSoft, Samsung C&T, Korea Regional Administrative Mutual Aid Association, Mirae Asset Asset Management) and Seongnam City held a’Written Agreement on the Sale of Private Land at 641 Sampyeong-dong’ on the 30th. The sale price is 837.7 billion won.
This site is located at 641, Sampyeong-dong, Bundang-gu, which was a shared property in Seongnam-si. It was a site planned for construction of a public office building at the time of the Pangyo housing site development in 2009, but it is currently being used as a temporary parking lot because it did not function properly.
The NCsoft consortium plans to build a software promotion facility with a total floor area of 330,000,574m2, 14 stories above ground and 9 stories below ground, spending 1.871.2 trillion won. NCsoft Global R&D Innovation Center and software companies are located in this facility.
According to the agreement, spaces to support startup growth and multipurpose community spaces for local residents will also be prepared.
On weekends, the parking lot (800 sides) is opened, and we actively cooperate in hiring local residents.
