The Health Directorate in Qena continued its work in the health units, to inspect pregnant women and check on diseases transmitted through the mother to pregnant women in the Qus Center, within the framework of the Presidential Initiative for Maternal and Fetal Health.
Dr. Ali Obeid, Director of the Qous Health Department, confirmed that the medical teams provide the initiative’s services free of charge within a framework of prevention, protection and compliance with the terms of infection control.
This comes in implementation of the instructions of Dr. Raji Tawadros, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Qena, regarding the necessity of providing protection and prevention for medical teams and providing full support to medical teams that provide services for the Presidential Initiative, Maternal and Fetal Health.
