Grimm and Chief Executive Officer of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited or BGRIM revealed that according to B.Grimm Solar Power 1 Company Limited (a subsidiary of B.Grimm Power 100% shareholding) acquired a 100% stake in Ray Power Supply Company Limited, the holder of the right to develop a solar farm project on the ground (Solar Farm) located in Muang Si. Sophon, Banteay Meanchey Province (or Bontea Mean Chey), Cambodia With an installed capacity of 39 MW with a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (Electricite Du Cambodge – EDC) and approved for commercial power distribution (COD). BGRIM is the first Thai company able to make a history of investing in the development and construction of a Solar Farm project under the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Ray Power Supply Co., Ltd. and the Electricity Authority of Cambodia.
