Journalist Mohamed Farouk said that Youssef Obama, the Zamalek game maker, refuses to renew the White Castle after signing a contract with Pyramids for 20 million pounds.
Farouk revealed, during statements on the “Ten” channel, that Obama ended his agreement with Pyramids officials to join the ranks of the team for 20 million pounds, starting from next season.
The former Al-Ahly star stressed that the Zamalek administration’s rejection of Obama’s request equally with Tariq Hamed and obtaining 17 million pounds annually is the reason that prompted the player to sign for Pyramids Club.
Obama’s contract with Zamalek expires at the end of the current season.
