213 admissions to nursing wards, 42 more in the IC
Occupancy is increasing in hospitals. A total of 2,349 people with corona are now in hospital (yesterday: 2304), of whom 615 in the ICU (yesterday: 600), reports the National Coordination Center for Patient Distribution (LCPS).
213 new corona patients were admitted to the hospital wards. That is 104 new admissions less than yesterday. 42 new patients were admitted to intensive care, almost all of them transferred from the nursing wards. That is 1 new recording more than yesterday. So more corona patients were admitted than were discharged or died.
