Surrounded by COVID-19, Good Doctor and GrabHealth Help Activate …

JAKARTA – The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) is collaborating with Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (Good Doctor) and GrabHealth in order to activate the ‘Prokes’ health protocol and enrich the features of the PeduliLindung application. The presence of telemedicine services from GrabHealth powered by Good Doctor at PeduliLindung has been accessible to users since 18 December 2020.

Users can access the GrabHealth service powered by Good Doctor on the ‘teledokter’ menu
or ‘check yourself’ on the homepage of the PeduliProtect app.

The “Self-Health Check” service is a form that is useful to indicate users with a low, moderate, or low risk of COVID-19.

conduct online consultation with professional doctor partners from GrabHealth powered by Good Doctor.

This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) document which took place virtually between Plt. Director of Telecommunications, Directorate General of Post and Information Administration of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ikhsan Baidirus, with the Managing Director of Good Doctor Technology Indonesia, Danu Wicaksana, and President of Grab Indonesia, Ridzki Kramadibrata.
