കThe news of the demise of actor Nivin Pauly’s personal make-up artist Shabu Pullapally was heard by the Malayalam cinema world with pain. Many people came to the scene remembering Shabu. Now Joy Mathew is sharing a note in Shabu’s memory. Joy Mathew writes on Facebook that Shabu was more like a brother to Nivin than a make-up artist.
Joy Mathew said that every Christmas we see, the memories of you shine in our minds. Shabu, who had climbed a tree to tie a Christmas star, fell down the previous day. Shabu was rushed to hospital with internal bleeding but could not be rescued.

Shabu Pulpally, a make-up artist in Malayalam cinema for ten years, was shocked to hear the news of his death in an accident.
Death knocked Shabu off while hanging a Christmas star to make the kids happy.
Apart from being Nivin Pauly’s own make-up man, Shabu looked after him like a brother like all other actors and colleagues.
Shabu’s handshake was calm and friendly – the shooting that lasted more than a month for the movie “Kanakam Kamini Kalaham” which helped me to get out of the boredom given by the lock down .The last few days I lived under one roof and ate in the same bowl!
